Van Winkle is now almost fully recovered from his time of horrible neglect and he’s ready to be adopted. His foster parent brought him to the shelter today to get “beautified” with a professional grooming from Pi, an animal care attendant. She volunteered her time today to make Van Winkle look super handsome for prospective adopters. He wasn’t sure what she was doing but he was very tolerant.
