Introducing Lil Bit, the epitome of puppy joy! At just 3-4 months old, she's a brindle pittie with boundless energy and an eagerness to learn. Like any typical puppy, Lil Bit is on the lookout for a patient human who can guide her through the ropes of puppy training.
This spirited girl has been on an exciting journey at the shelter, coming out of her shell and mastering important dog social skills. Currently, she's having a blast romping with the big canine kids, seamlessly fitting in and proving she's ready for the next chapter of her adventure.
Lil Bit is currently a bit puppy at 37 lbs and will likely double when fully grown! She was in a short term foster and this is what we found out:
"She was a joy to have and we would love to see her kept out of the shelter. Thought I’d share some notes from our time together:
- Crate trained - Easy to get in and whining is minimal. Will sleep in it through the night.
- Great manners - Was polite to our older dog and was the perfect playmate to our younger dog. Can get a little mouthy when she is excited but is very chill once she finds the perfect cuddle position on your lap!
- Entertains herself with toys which is great because after 10-15 minutes she just plops right back down to nap.
- Pretty much house-trained. Only had a couple of accidents when I lost track of time, but she whines when she needs to go out.
Overall she’s such a good puppy. Definitely the easiest one we’ve had stay with us - even easier than our young dog!"
If you're ready for a playful companion who's discovering the wonders of the world with boundless enthusiasm, Lil Bit is waiting to bring puppy love into your home!
