Meet Dez!

Dez is an 8-month-old, 52-pound bundle of joy who is currently in a foster.

Here’s a little more about this sweet pup:

- Kid-Friendly: Dez is great with children and enjoys being around them.
- Food Lover: He has a special fondness for pumpkin and turkey mixed with his dry food.
- Kitchen Companion: Dez loves to sit under your feet while you cook, just to be close, and enjoys snuggling on the couch.
- Playful Pup: He’ll nuzzle you with his little puppy teeth when he wants to play with a tennis ball. He’s learning to be gentle with his teeth and loves chewing on a bully stick!
- Crate friendly: He adjusted quickly to spending few evenings in the crate, especially with a blanket covering it at night.
- Social Skills: Dez is working on his greeting skills and learning to keep his feet on the floor. He can be a bit jumpy and strong but is making progress.
- Playmate: He loves playing with Maximo, his foster dog buddy, and enjoys their daily wrestling matches.
- On-Leash Enthusiast: On leash, Dez can be a bit like a squirrel, but with some focused training, he’ll be great!
- Trickster: Dez is treat-driven and can sit, shake, and lay down when he’s focused.
