This 3-year-old, 68-pound pittie mix is equal parts playful goofball and lovebug! Axl is a toy enthusiast through and through—whether he’s prancing with a squeaky toy, proudly carrying one around the yard, or “de-stuffing” it with great purpose, this guy knows how to have a good time! He’s also very treat-motivated and is already working on basic training like “sit” and trading toys politely for snacks.

Axl is super affectionate and LOVES people. He’s a total wiggle machine who might enthusiastically hop into your lap for cuddles if you let him. Because he’s a strong, bouncy boy with minimal training, he’s best suited for a home with older, dog-savvy kids and adopters who can continue to help him master polite greetings and “four on the floor.”

He’s met other dogs gently and calmly and could do well with a well-matched dog buddy—or he’d be just as happy as your one-and-only, with some friendly dog pals along the way.
