Meet Chelsea! She is a young adult who still has a lot to learn about the world. While she is insecure in new situations and around new people, waiting to be revealed is an exuberant sweetheart. She loves to dash around the yard and splash in the wading pools. With people she is comfortable with, she is energetically affectionate, a “love thug” as one volunteer described her. She also does a good job with other small dogs and would benefit greatly from a confident dog role model and companion. Do you want to show Chelsea the world isn’t that scary? We are looking for an experienced adopter in a quiet neighborhood and a household with no small children to bring out the best in Chelsea. She will reward you with so much love and entertainment.
