Introducing Kaya, a 2-year-old Rottweiler/German Shepherd mix. This young lady is a bit nervous at the shelter but with patience volunteers have noted that she is making progress, even enjoying the occasional squeaky toy as well as her daily frolics in the yard. Kaya has also been part of playgroups at the shelter with other gentle dogs, where she has enjoyed a few games of chase with playmates once she feels comfortable.
Kaya weights about 87 pound and can be adopted either as a solo dog or with an appropriately matched canine buddy.
