Meet Zira, the dynamic athlete with a heart of gold! At around 1 year old, Zira is already showcasing her impressive skills—walking nicely on a leash, responding to commands like "sit," and taking treats with gentle grace.

This energetic pup is not just a treat enthusiast; she's a natural athlete, running after squeaky toys and balls with incredible agility. Zira's eagerness to please is evident as she sits for treats and displays her affiliative nature.

While a bit jumpy at times, Zira is not mouthy and quickly warms up, revealing her curious and intelligent personality. Treat-motivated and smart, she's ready to embark on basic obedience training with her forever family. While she might be a bit timid initially, Zira opens up quickly, making her a delightful and affectionate companion.

Zira is very smart and a very willing partner in positive reinforcement training. She would love to continue in her furever home! She's been uncomfortable around social and polite dogs she's met at the shelter and likely best as a solo pet or around other independent and tolerant dogs in the home.
