Velvet is a beautiful young girl with a striking (and rare) solid brown coat. She even has brown whiskers!
Once she knows you’re a friend, Velvet is super affectionate, and will even follow you around demanding pets. And she loves playing with wand toys and with her friend, Noodle. She also enjoys having a nice window to look out of.
At the same time, Velvet is easily startled by loud noises and sudden movements, and appreciates having cozy spots where she can retreat and feel safe. But she has been working on being brave in her foster home, and is ready to continue her journey in her furever home.
Velvet is looking for a calm, child-free home with her BFF Noodle and with gentle, patient guardians who will give her the time she needs to let her sweet personality shine.
Note: Velvet and Noodle are being treated for ringworm, a common feline fungal infection, and will need to continue treatment for several weeks in their new home.
