This sweet and shy pup is ready to find her forever home. At just under a year old and 39 pounds, Ivy will melt your heart with her wagging tail and wiggly body. She’s gentle with other dogs she’s met at the shelter and has a medium energy level, making her the perfect balance of playful and calm.
Ivy is a gentle player when it comes to other dogs, engaging in appropriate and friendly interactions with other dogs. She’s non-reactive at the fence and has been loose and bouncy during greetings. While she’s currently a gentle player, she might become more playful as she settles into a comfortable environment.
Though a bit shy initially, Ivy is easy to leash and walks well, with a tendency to jump up a bit while walking. She’s tolerant of handling, loves giving kisses, and takes treats gently. Ivy may even know the "sit" command!
