Meet Puffin! This dapper gentleman is just over 10 pounds but will steal your whole heart. An extreme lover, he recently landed a foster home. His fosters report that although he’s small, he somehow commands a room better than any dog they’ve known! Puffin loves other dogs, but is a little shy with new people. He's just a year old and working on potty training. He would thrive with a stay at home parent while working through some anxiety when left alone or crated.
