Yumi

Yumi - your 7-month old shy but playful Husky puppy, who is learning to navigate the world. With the right family, she will blossom into a confident and loving companion.

• Nice Leash Behavior: Yumi walks nicely and slowly on a leash unless she spots a critter. Sometimes, she randomly stops during walks, looking at her walker before starting again.
• Adorable Behaviors: Yumi has cute moments where she begs for pets by tapping your hands with her paw or nudging your hand with her nose. She also performs a cool spin move when she's excited.
• Active and Adventurous: Yumi enjoys walking, running, hiking, sniffing/nosework, playing chase/zoomies, and possibly swimming. 
• Shy and Learning: Yumi is aware of other dogs but tends to hide or stand frozen until they are out of sight. She does not lunge or make noises, showing her calm and quiet nature. She has made friends with a resident Pomeranian and shows her playful side with those she trusts.
• Seeks Comfort: Yumi feels safe hiding behind the person walking her to avoid others. She is okay with new people if someone she likes is with her and they allow her to approach at her own pace.
