After coming from very tough beginnings, this sweet pittie mix has undergone a heartwarming transformation! 2 years old and 54 pounds, Refried Beans has blossomed from a nervous pup into a loving, playful companion. He's learning to trust and show his true, gentle nature.
While still a little shy around new people, Refried Beans warms up quickly — he’s all about cuddles and pets! He's crate and potty trained, sleeps soundly through the night, and has been a respectful guest in his foster home. He does love to play and is still working through some nervous energy, but with a predictable routine, playtime with other dogs, and lots of patience, he’s becoming more confident every day.
He’s great with other dogs, especially when they’re calm and confident like his senior foster sibling. He loves a good wrestling match or chase, and his gentle nature makes him an ideal playmate for dogs or older kids with a calm presence.
