Boris is a 2-year old, 18-pound dachshund mix with a heart full of love and the most charming feature you’ve ever seen—his expressive little eyebrows, always raised as if he’s pondering life’s big questions. But in reality Boris is actually just a simple pup with simple needs: a cozy lap, some gentle head scratches, and a human to love.
When Boris first arrived at the shelter, he was overwhelmed and unsure of his new surroundings. In his foster home, he quickly blossomed into a sweet, affectionate companion. Though a little shy at first, Boris warms up quickly, especially if you give him some treats and scritches.
His favorite activities include leisurely walks, snuggling on the couch, and rubbing up against his humans for love and attention. He’s also quite the conversationalist! Chat with him, and he'll respond with a series of adorable little grunts.
