Introducing the fabulous Apple - a senior sweetheart with a heart of gold! At around 13 years young and weighing in at approximately 50 pounds, this lovely lady is a low-key gal who loves nothing more than cuddles with her two small doggie pals and all the humans she meets. Although she's a bit of a foodie and has a sensitive tummy, don't let that fool you - she's a sneaky little thief who loves to swipe tasty treats and the occasional non-food object when she thinks nobody's watching. Apple also needs some medication twice a day for what appears to be asthma, but don't worry - she takes it like a champ, especially when it's mixed in with her food.

But don't let her age fool you - Apple is a sprightly senior who loves to learn new things. She's a pro at walking on a leash and even knows the "sit" command! And with her soft mouth and treat motivation, she's always ready to learn more. She'd be a great companion for another independent pup or a gentle dog who's not into high-energy play. Foster mom reports: " She's housetrained, good on leash fine with our two small dogs, and very chill most of the day. While a senior, she does ok climbing stairs and going for neighborhood walks."
