Pinky, the binky bunny, enjoys his free roaming time with his foster mom in her art studio. He is a curious happy rabbit: daily exploring corners and tight spaces, sliding through tunnels, and zooming and binkying when he is feeling spunky.
So far, he is not a big chewer–he does like to nibble on his mom’s vegan Birkenstocks and he will occasionally taste a book. And for some reason, he likes to nom-nom on step ladders. He gets daily chew sticks (he prefers bamboo) and hay cubes that are attached to a mobile to give him fun gnawing experiences.
Pinky keeps his foster mom company while she paints, stretches, and reads. He is a great little side kick and studio mate. He responds to her voice and bops her with his cute little nose to check in and to show his affection. He comes up regularly to say hello and is slowly getting use to small pets on the side of his face. (It is important for Pinky to take the lead when it comes to petting.)
He met her senior chihuahua while in his pen and was fine, until the dog barked, then understandably Pinky hopped away.
He is social, but not needy. He will just flop down when he is content and take a snooze. He is house trained, loves apples, and likes to forge for treats in his hay box. He and his foster mom are practicing fetch with a willow ball.
Pink is a terrific companion for a bunny pro or novice. His foster mom has never parented a rabbit and he doesn’t hold that against her.
