Introducing Rosemary: Your Future Snuggle Partner! Hey there, I'm Rosemary, a sweet 2-year-old pitbull mix with a heart full of love and a snuggle game that's on point! If you're searching for a furry friend to binge watch with, I might just be the perfect match for you.
Snuggle Prodigy: I believe that life's coziest moments are best enjoyed together. Whether it's a lazy afternoon on the couch or a peaceful night in, count me in for some quality cuddle time. The closer, the better!
Crate Training in Progress: I've been working with my foster mom on chilling out in my crate, and have been okay for a couple of hours at a time while my foster mom works at the table next to me. When she's had to leave me, I get a bit sad by the door. We're working up to her leaving while I'm in the crate. It makes me nervous, but I'll get there with time!
Work from Home Buddy: I love napping next to the desk while my foster mom is at work. I love my sniffaris when she takes a break, but I'm also happy to burn off some energy with a game of tug before going back to bed.
Leash Pro: Strolling on a leash is my forte, but I do have a weakness – squirrels and cats! Their antics can be quite captivating, but I'm working on staying focused on the walk at hand. With a patient companion, I'm sure to master it.
Recovering Wallflower: Meeting new people can be overwhelming for me sometimes, but the world is turning out not to be that scary after all! Having gotten more comfortable with humans, I'm working on calmly reacting to dogs that get close to us on walks. (If they're across the street or up ahead and not walking our way, I'm already fine!)
Happy with Kids: I've met my foster's niece and nephews, and a gaggle of kids adoption events; I have a gentle mouth and loved showing off my Sit for a treat.
A Smart Pupil: I already know the command "sit," and I've been working on repeating "down" and "come" so that I respond even when we're in a busy place. My favorite treats are string cheese and any kind of jerky.
If you're on the lookout for a paw-sitively loyal and affectionate companion, I'm here to make your heart "Rosemary" with happiness!
