Meet Arrietty! I’m a two year old female mixed breed rabbit, looking for my forever family! I’ve had an especially difficult time adjusting to shelter life, so I was placed in foster care in early January. I’m super sweet and mellow, except for the occasional zoomies when my foster mom gives me a grape as a treat! I love to just hang out and watch movies with my foster mom, who feeds me fresh kale so I don’t feel left out while mom eats popcorn. I’m in need of a warm and loving home with responsible parents! I’m spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and microchipped.
My foster says " Arrietty is very sleepy and mellow and such a sweet girl. She may not be the most outgoing, she’s more on the reserved side and she doesn’t like being held, but she warms up with time. She needs patience and someone who will work to earn her trust. She has her own ways of bonding with you - she would sleep in my bed sometimes, for example, but as soon as I’d try to pet her she’d move away. She’s really well-behaved and I never had problems with her chewing on my furniture. She did chew a few of my chargers, but that was easily solved by tucking them away where she couldn’t reach them. She tends to avoid hardwood floors and sticks to rugs, where she has more traction to run around. Kale is her favorite vegetable."
