Oberon is a canine gem with a multitude of endearing qualities! He's a breeze on walks, holding it like a pro, and he's even mastered the art of "sit." This well-behaved and mellow fellow is an absolute pleasure to be around.
He's got this regal quality about him, often found sitting quietly by the door, looking up with those soulful eyes. On walks, he exhibits total grace, strolling past barky neighbors without a fuss. His leash manners are impeccable, walking beside you with a relaxed body and that tail held at a gentle 45° sway.
Balls might not be his cup of tea either, but he's a "softy" when it comes to treats, taking them with the utmost gentleness. Oberon exudes an air of regal sophistication that's hard to resist.
While Oberon is definitely on the independent side, he's no stranger to "drive-by hellos." If you wander a bit too far from him, he'll graciously follow, showing his loyalty. After his explorations, he'll swing by for some gentle pets and affection. What a good boy, indeed!
Please note that Oberon has been uncomfortable meeting polite and social dogs at the shelter. He seems to prefer his own company and is likely stressed in the shelter environment. For now, we recommend that he be an only dog or placed with similarly matched personalities to ensure his comfort and happiness.
