Colada is a 4-year-old, 52-pound pittie mix with a sweet and mellow personality. She’s an easygoing pup who thrives in a calm, patient home where she can continue building confidence and enjoy plenty of affection. Colada is equally happy lounging on the couch for a cozy snuggle or going for long walks with her hoomans.
Despite sustaining nerve injury from a car accident, Colada has shown incredible resilience and continues to improve every day. She’s friendly with well-matched dog friends, though her strong prey drive means she would do best in a home without cats. Colada is potty trained, and once settled in new environments, she has handled being crated during the day like a pro. She’s happy to jump in the car and is a good walker on leash (but with some reactivity).
Affectionate and loyal, Colada loves to cuddle. She bonds quickly and will shower her people with love. Colada knows basic commands like “sit,” “leave it,” and “come,” and she has a gentle, soft mouth. She even enjoys bath time, making her a well-mannered companion.
