Meet Jolene, an outgoing young hauspanther with the softest fur. Jolene loves affection and is a shameless flirt, chirping and rubbing her body against you to let you know she needs some attention. (Be warned: She will definitely steal your boyfriend!)
Sometimes, Jolene can get a bit overexcited with pets and may gently nibble your hand. She would do best with an experienced adopter who can recognize the signs that she’s getting overstimulated. We also recommend a household without children or other pets.
Jolene is very playful, and wand toys are her favorites. She stalks and then attacks, trying to pull the wand from your hand. If you’re looking for a lively and loving companion, Jolene could be the cat for you!
Note: Jolene entered the shelter with a skin condition, likely caused by food allergies, that caused her to scratch herself to relieve her itchiness. She has been doing well on a special, limited-ingredient diet that will likely need to be continued once she goes home. Your veterinarian can make further recommendations to manage her condition.
