Meet Orin – The Resilient, Loving, and Oh-So-Good Boy!
Orin is a 9-month-old, 35-pound pittie mix with a heart as big as his journey. Just a month ago, he arrived at the shelter timid and severely underweight. But with love, care, and proper nourishment, he’s blossomed into a bright, healthy, and playful pup!
Orin is an easygoing companion who loves soaking up the sun, frolicking on the lawn with his favorite stuffy toys, and cuddling with any human who offers a warm lap. He’s also learning the art of tug-of-war and mastering basic commands like sit, stay, off, and place—all thanks to his love for treats (which he takes ever so gently).
Orin is crate trained, potty trained, and comfortable being left alone. He’s doing great with leash walking and loves making new friends on his strolls. He’s generally calm with bursts of playful puppy energy and has shown little to no prey drive. While he may occasionally bark at new sounds or sights, he’s easily reassured by a loving human.
With his sweet nature and gentle temperament, Orin is ready to continue building confidence and sharing his amazing spirit with a loving family. Click here to learn how to adopt and submit your adoption questionnaire.
