Lieutenant Dan

Looking for a Bestie? Your Ride or Die? That's Lt. Dan. He's chill, sassy, funny, playful, and wants to be your best friend. The Lieutenant has faced a few battles of his own - he arrived to the shelter with an injured leg that needed to be amputated. Having 3 legs doesn't seem to slow him down much - he is very active and gets zoomies. He also enjoys window gazing in his bed, greeting you when you come home, helps with chores, and loves to snuggle on the couch watching TV. He is social towards people and other pets. He likes to greet dogs, even large ones, tries to play with them, and leans in affectionately. With other cats, he is initially standoffish, but after an adjustment period, he is very polite, has good manners, and eventually (within a few days) likes to play chase! He's a special cat, a true companion with a real personality. Due to being a tripod cat (3 legs), he must be indoor only.
