In her foster home, Tawney coexists harmoniously with three other large dogs, including an older, grumpy one, showcasing her gentle and adaptable nature. While she gets along well with her canine companions, she may not be the best fit for a home with cats.
This sweet girl is mostly housebroken, crate-trained, and rides well in cars. She's also learning commands like "sit" and is eager to please. Tawney does have a bit of a stubborn streak, but once she understands the rules, she's quick to follow them.
Tawney came to the shelter with wounds on her head, including an injured eye that ultimately had to be removed. Despite having only one eye, Tawney doesn't let that slow her down. She's a resilient, spirited girl who's ready to find her people.
