Bently

This dog is available to meet by appointment only. 

Bently is 110% Frenchie, from his squishy face and soft muzzle to his big personality and his insistence on getting all the attention! He is a food-motivated, curious pup who loves to play and explore almost as much as he loves pets and cuddles. He has generally done well with other small dogs while at the shelter, engaging in play with some while ignoring others. Bently has shown some sensitivity to handling—particularly when being leashed or unleashed with a slip lead—and will need to live in an adult-only home with very experienced adopters who will learn his body language and work with him on training. 

Bently came into the shelter with dermatitis on his back possibly due to food, environmental, or flea allergies. While the condition has improved during his stay and his hair is starting to grow back, he may need ongoing medicated baths or other treatments to feel and look his best.
