Capri

Capri is a 4-year-old German Shepherd mix with a tender heart and a gentle soul. At 55 pounds, she’s a sensitive girl who’s learning that the world isn’t so scary, and she’s hoping for a patient, loving adopter to help guide her there.

Capri walks beautifully on leash, enjoys gentle pets once she feels safe, and is very treat-motivated (she already knows sit!). While she’s been nervous in the kennel, once outside, her sweet and affectionate nature shines through.

She’d thrive in a calm, quiet home with no young children, a predictable routine, and possibly a confident dog friend to show her the ropes. Prior experience with shy or fearful dogs is a plus.

Capri doesn’t ask for much. Just a soft voice, a slow approach, and someone to believe in her. If you’re the kind of person who sees beauty in the quiet moments, Capri might just be your match!
