At just 6 months old and 41 pounds, Manatee is a sweet, affectionate pup with a playful bounce and a heart full of love. He’s a gentle player in doggy playgroups and enjoys the company of other friendly pups. Medium energy and very people-oriented, Manatee is happiest when he’s getting pets, playing with toys, or simply hanging out with his favorite humans.
On a recent field trip, Manatee was a little nervous getting in and out of the car but settled in quickly once on the road. He doesn’t know basic commands yet, but he responds well to treats and is eager to learn. He greeted passing people and dogs with a wagging tail and lots of interest, and after a nice walk and some playtime, he curled up for a nap in the car. This sweet boy loves attention and is ready to soak up all the love his future family has to give!
Manatee is still learning the world, but with a little guidance and a lot of love, he’s sure to make an amazing companion.
