On Saturday, March 18, Bissell Pet Foundation (BPF) will sponsor all adoption fees! This will be a great day for rescued pets and will be a huge opportunity to build awareness for Oakland Animal Services. The standard adoption process and screening will still apply.
Each adopter during Empty the Shelters will receive a BPF leash (for dogs) or collar (for cats), as well as a packet full of valuable coupons and wellness information.
